What a trigger is, what is feels like, and the reaction to different things that we call triggers. How you can aquire this inconvenient disorder and a real life story of what happened to me this morning and over the weekend that complied a thick layer cake of reactive responses which was the icing on top of the latest trigger of the morning! Come on this scattered journey of scrambled feelings, thoughts, and words that is the marriage that makes complex PTSD!

It's really disturbing that this crap gets thrown at you. Glad to hear you talking through it. Not acting out or being destructive. That's huge growth. Stay the course. Going through hard triggers here. Been afraid for my sobriety because it's really close to too much. Your calmness is helping me remember even while being Brutally Triggered.
