Navitas is on a diversity, equity and inclusion journey ​that will help our organisation become a more attractive place to study and work; a place that makes us proud, where everyone belongs, has a voice and feels valued. ​In the first episode of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) podcast, I speak with Nerina Knight and Julia Lambo who have been involved in Navitas’ DEI journey since it began in November 2020. Nerina and Julia both sit on the DEI Council chaired by Navitas Group CEO Scott Jones.
