Navitas has launched its first ever podcast... Navitas in Conversation!

The first series of the Navitas in Conversation podcast is called ‘INSPIREd’, where I speak to the winners of our inaugural INSPIRE Awards and the people who nominated them for the award. Aligned to our six Navitas values, the awards-based INSPIRE program is a celebration of the extraordinary talent we have at Navitas, and the remarkable achievements of individuals, teams and colleges across the organisation. The aim of the employee recognition program is to further inspire our Navitas community to be the best global education provider for our students, partners and people.

In the second series I look at Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Navitas. I speak with DEI representatives from each of our five divisional DEI committees spanning Australia, Europe and North America, as well as our Corporate DEI committee and our overarching DEI Council, on different DEI topics for each episode.
