Part 2 of 2 – Journey to Self-Care: Overcoming Boundaries to Becoming Self-Aware
Guest: Jasmyne Nelson

This week join me for part two of a two-part series on the journey to self-care. In part two, Jasmyne Nelson, a licensed master’s prepared social worker, and I have a rich discussion about setting boundaries and how setting those boundaries helps us to become more self-aware. A lack of boundaries can affect our relationships in a very negative way and affect how we function in the world around us. As Jasmyne says, “be curious about yourself”. Ask those questions while in the moment, “why do I feel this way”. I hope this episode helps kick-start you on that all-important journey to self-awareness.
