In this episode we talk about love for ourselves. How the fear of not being good enough for someone else can cause us to want to change and create an image according to what others want us to be, just to be accepted, and just to have a reward. We do this for our parents, our spouse, our religion and eventually we forget who we truly are.

We walk around pretending to be someone that we are not and are in constant fear of others hurting us or pushing our buttons.

The bigger the gap between the inner image and the outer image we try to portray to the world, the less love we have for ourselves.

What causes us to not love ourselves?

Usually this is when we think we are not good enough for the views we have compared ourselves to or we search for perfection.

What if you are perfect just the way you are?
With all your imperfections, with the good and bad?

We have a choice to believe that we are perfect just the way we are and love ourselves. Its also a choice to believe that perfection is based on what is outside of us and that we are not good enough.

What will you choose?

Choose to love yourself and accept all of you!
