It's election week here in the US. I can't not say it because putting our heads in the sand isn't going to help us, right? We have to be real about how we're feeling. For me the anxiety is real right now! And I know I'm not alone. In fact, if you're feeling alone at all right now, I'm here to remind you that we're all feeling this bubbling uncertainty and it is scary and difficult and hard. But we can do hard things and we can face our fears of the unknown with a simple reminder that all we can do is be present within this moment, and focus on what's within our scope of control. I'm looking forward to election day being here, and with election day comes mercury switching direct after what felt like YEARS (exaggeration) in retrograde. Things that have been stuck will begin to move again- both externally and internally. I'm ready for this as I could use some energy of forward progress in my life in more areas than one.
