It snowed this morning so even though I wasn't leaving the house due to covid, now I'm fully in hibernation mode, see everyone in the Spring.
Here's a little throwback to way early in the day, during the 5 A.M. hour, Angi and Abe discussed first concerts. Her's was Gloria Estefan Miami Sound Machine and Abe's was Aerosmith and Jackyl. Mine, I was fortunate enough to see NIN when I was 13 and they had just released The Downward Spiral.
Here's the part of my notes where I get all sorts of disappointed because I have to give it to Abe, he finally proved us wrong. That's right, the Best Bet of the Week finally lived up to its name and Abe got that long sought win. Too bad Tom Selleck, you'll have to wait another week to steal houses from the elderly. Wanna see if Abe can keep this streak alive, tune in this Friday for the next round of win or lose all your money.
Lastly, Mike Tyson has a new EDM jam out but did you know Abe Kanan also had one made using a line drop of his by world famous DJ Aero.

Abe and caller Vince discussed their grade school years after discovering they went to the same school, completely ignoring the fact that Vince was 10 years older than Abe of course.
Well known Chicago local "Conrad Cooper" has been recruited to give weather drops on the show, finally giving us the full package of news, sports and weather/traffic that every morning show needs.
The literally shocking truth of Angi's Halloween full size candy bar give away was revealed finally and as expected, it had to do with slacking on her part. Who cares though, Angi gives out full sized candy and that's where Abe and I will be trick or treating this year.
This week is all about getting to know the on air personalities of Rock 95.5. Today was Walt the Rock Star, who plays in Stabbing Westward and The Dreaming (don't mind me, just fangirling out over here.) He is your mid morning go to personality and from the interview, we learned: he loves The Cubs, he loves The Metro, he met Christopher Hall at camp after they both were chasing the same girl and his life pinnacle was Jimmy Page asking about his gold records on the wall.
