We had to have Shannon come back to our podcast, and the reason was she had just completed her very first Triathlon. Shannon talks a little about an average day for her with running and cycling plus spin class and how that keeps her in shape. Then she goes into the 3 stages of the Triathlon with us. She tells us how she did in each of the three events, pool, cycling and swimming. We also chat about transitioning from one event to the other and a few rules you have to remember. Shannon also discusses her hip flexor issues and what she is doing to help resolve them. Shannon is a very determined athlete and always on the go, so sit back and listen to Shannon tell us about her very first Triathlon.
