You never know where the conversation is going to take us on High Noon. Nate was once a huge Howard Stern fan, but he's developed so many old-man personality traits that he's no longer the fun, wild-style radio voice we once loved. Being active is a good thing to do, but it's not as easy as it sounds. There are a lot of ancillary details that impact someone's ability to be disciplined when it comes to gym attendance. And technology is completely changing the social norms of society, which we already knew, but particularly when it relates to dating and parenting. Catching "Instagram boyfriends" in the wild is disturbing. Narcissicism is running amok when it comes to people trying to become influencers. And divorced parents are damaging the ability for married parents to limit their child's screen time.
