Victor M Ayala Otero


Born and raised in an entrepreneurial family Victor learned at an early age the importance of putting the needs of others ahead of your own if you wanted to become successful and respected in your community. He’s had an extensive background of experience as the owner-operator of his own barbershop, to working at the US Postal Service for 13 years and his career in real estate is taking shape into what he always envisioned for himself. After many years of consuming information and learning about real estate, from the best in the industry, he finally decided to put that information into action in 2017. He obtained his real estate license and went straight to implementing the strategies he’d learned from books, podcasts, mentors, and coaches. Victor is also husband to his lovely wife of 19 years, Iris. And father to two wonderful boys VJ and Adrian, ages 17 and 7 respectively. Since coming on board to the team, Victor has taken charge of the Inside Sales & Client Care Services Department. By starting with a clean slate, his main focus has been to create the processes and systems that ensure our leads that come into our sales funnel are adequately followed up with quickly and efficiently. In essence, creating a follow-up system capable of leveraging the automation technology combined in the systems carefully selected for this task. With the goal in mind of creating more opportunities for agents on our team to grow their business and succeed at the highest level, our Client Care Services Department mission statement reads as follows:

“No lead left behind. We exist to provide support, accountability, and leverage for the field agents. Database management is our passion and the desire to unlock the lifetime value of each client by building a relationship of trust as real estate professionals are what drives us.
