Meet Agent, Author, and Coach, Alex Piech

Alex Piech began his Real Estate career in 2003, at the age of 20 years old. He became a licensed Realtor while attending Western Connecticut State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

In 2005 at the age of 22, Alex became one of the youngest Re/Max franchise owners and opened Re/Max Preferred Properties in Naugatuck, Connecticut.

It was over the next 10+ years that Alex consistently invested in his personal and business development. He attended numerous conferences, bought dozens of training programs, received several certifications and hired 2 Real Estate coaches.

During this time Alex became obsessed with learning and understanding what really worked and what didn’t. He documented his findings and focused on building systems and processes around proven strategies.

Today, Alex continues to invest in his personal & business development and runs an innovative Real Estate brokerage in Frisco, Texas, where he partners with local agents and helps them become the dominant go-to listing agent in their market. He is able to do this by utilizing his unique marketing, lead generation & conversion strategies. The brokerage Alex operates consistently closes 260-300 transactions and generates over $2.3 million in commission income.

Alex’s passion is to help as many Real Estate Agents as possible, build their Real Estate businesses to serve their life, rather than control it. This desire has lead him to expand outside of his role in the brokerage and offer customized one-on-one Real Estate Coaching!

Alex is utilizing his proven systems, processes, skills and expertise to help train Realtors across North America on how to grow highly profitable businesses that affords them the lifestyle they aspire to
