Change your belief about what it represents to you. Reframe the meaning.
Choose to see it as a delay, not a form of denial. It is denial only if you allow it to be.
Use rejection as fuel, and if someone tells you "you suck" or "you are not good enough," or they tell you no, make it a habit of coming back from the rejection very, very quickly. Know that what you have experienced is a delay in your efforts, nothing more.
