When an offer on a property is written up by the agent you can expect them to take extra time on the inspections & other contingencies portion of the agreement. These can be a great way to safe guard your investment and ensure that there are no other issues discovered after settlement. However, what is the strategy behind waiving these contingencies? In a sellers market where there can be multiple offers with different contingencies and here price doesn't always make or break a deal.
