We touch on different strategies to help with affordabilitty (3-2-1 buy down) and what advantages/disadvantages are if you wait for rates to decrease before buying. The real estate is always changing on a macro level and being informed should be your main focus when you are transacting.

I sat down with one of the hardest working, highest producing agents in the area- Ducky Ryan to discuss what this looks like. Creating structure, doing the work and staying consistent creates a sustainable business for now and the future. If you aren’t an agent and are listening to this conversation wondering what value this conversation is for you, I would ask you this- “Do you want an agent who runs a business like this or do you want an agent who doesn’t meet these standards?"

This is a serious question to wrestle with in this market that continues to put a lot of strain on both buyers and sellers. In today’s episode we take a look at this along with overall affordability in the real estate market. Sean Bogue AKA “The Tall Lender” came on to give a great summarization of what it looks like to buy in today’s market. We also talked about if there is going to be a MARKET CRASH given the high real estate prices coupled with high rates. We also talked about the immense opportunity homeowners have right now who have owned homes for more than two years and what they can do to utilize that equity growth they have seen over the years.
