Key Lessons:
1) Ask yourself what type of person you need to be in a situation. Be honest with yourself about what you are willing to risk for boldness. Give yourself grace for whatever choice you decide.
2) Be aware if you are letting the pressure of “getting it right” stop you from standing or speaking up.
3) Approach your choices and actions with critical reflection. This is integral in moving from missteps to success.
