After graduating from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law with honors, she started her career at one of the largest law firms in the world, Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Soon after that trial, Ashley left Kirkland to work at another large law firm where she represented employers in employment discrimination and sexual harassment cases.
