Regardless of whether or not you create New Year goals, resolutions, intentions, etc, I hope you'll consider loving yourself more this year and creating your best year... yet!! No need to make it the best ever, what would we look forward to in the next year? haha Funny, but good to think about not just saying "this year, I'm doing it, finally"  Instead, just one day at a time, feel more, love more, do more, and be happier on your journey to wherever you'd like to go.
