As parents, we have lost our cool on a number of occasions. Admittedly, I am a work in progress. There have been times when our children have tested our patience and respect. There are times when we get upset and lose our cool out of frustration without fully assessing the situation. In this episode my daughter was stranded four hours from home at a party she had no business. Angry isn't even the word I would use to describe my temperament. There was a lesson to be learned by everyone. How do regroup after losing your cool?
