23 APR 2024 · It's an important time for the West Virginia University athletic department.  The Mountaineer basketball program continues to retool its roster and staff, while the football team prepares to close spring practice on Saturday with the Gold and Blue scrimmage.  In addition, all WVU coaches are anxious about the closing of the Transfer Portal, which takes place on May 1.  Once the portal closes, coaches will finally have a good idea of their roster for the coming season.   In this episode, the "Guys" discuss a series of topics ranging from basketball and football to Monday's special guest visit by John Beilein at the annual Mountaineer Athletic Club scholarship dinner in Charleston.  Listener questions and comments complete the show.
