15 JUL 2026 · ❤️ Love can feel safe... but is it supposed to heal everything? This week on Life as P..., Phoenix Ash unpacks one of the biggest misconceptions about relationships: that the right partner can magically reset your nervous system. 💭 While a healthy relationship can absolutely become a place where your anxiety gets to take a seat, no one else can do the inner work for you.
💛 Through honest stories from her own long-distance relationship, Phoenix shares what consistent communication, intentional trust, and emotional safety actually look like. From Googling her partner (yes, she admits it 😂) to learning the difference between healthy pattern recognition and simply wildin', she explores how trust is built one day at a time....not through constant testing.
lf, or wondered whether you're truly ready for love, this episode offers practical wisdom, relatable stories, and plenty of moments that'll have you nodding right along.

30 DEC 2025 · What if we spent as much time nurturing our joy as we do babysitting our pain? Phoenix “P” Ash isn’t here for your “joy management plans”—she’s kicking open the door to full, unfiltered bliss. In this episode of Life As P..., she unpacks why we’re trained to brace for impact but never taught to bask in sunshine.

She makes a bold call: stop hedging your happiness like it’s a risky stock and start living like joy pays dividends.
Whether you're the type to dive headfirst into love or squint suspiciously at good news, this episode will challenge you to reframe your “setbacks,” embrace your wins (no matter how small), and stop putting your happiness on a leash. Also, PSA: joy is not a long-term rental—it’s yours. Use it.

30 OCT 2025 · Somewhere between the hustle, the heartbreak, and the doctor’s visits, Phoenix Ash realized she wasn’t chasing success, she was chasing everything. In this episode of Life as P..., P is done pretending that “just attract it” is some kind of magical mindset hack. She’s breaking down why that advice feels vague, and how she finally figured out how to stop gripping so tight to outcomes that were never hers to control.
From her sister’s glowing example of leveling up without the scramble (Switzerland on the horizon, hello?!), to the deeply personal journey through love, loss, fertility treatments, and letting go,this one’s for the listeners who are exhausted from trying to outrun their own expectations. We’re talking toxic love stories, TikTok trauma bait, advice without context, and how external validation will rob you of your joy faster than a nosy in-law shopping for your house.
There’s power in healing, but only if you stop trying to do it alone and in silence. And yes, she said what she said. If you’re finally ready to shift from chasing the picture to feeling fulfilled, this episode isn’t your blueprint, it’s your mirror.

8 OCT 2025 · Ever had that epiphany mid-chaos when you realize... Oh snap. I wasn’t lost—I was already in it? That’s the vibe Phoenix Ash is riding this week on Life As P…. October may have rolled in with her pumpkin-spice promises, but September left her spiritual banana peels everywhere.
In this raw and reflective episode, P gets deep about how purpose isn’t just about what you do....it’s about who you are, and sometimes, what you unintentionally become to others. From writer’s block that won’t pay rent to offering soul-saving advice with zero ROI, P opens up about what it’s like to pour from a cup that was meant to overflow. She breaks down the difference between sympathy and empathy, why your internal critic might sound like someone you outgrew, and how validation shouldn’t be your GPS.
This one’s for the purpose-seekers, the soul-lifters, the “why-can’t-I-write?” creatives, and everyone out here wondering if their calling has been whispering all along. (Spoiler: It has.)

28 MAY 2025 · Sometimes being the “nice one” just isn’t it. In this episode, Phoenix Ash unpacks the tightrope walk between compassion and cold-blooded boundary-setting. Whether it’s dodging DMs from old flings with nostalgia amnesia, managing work chaos with surgical precision, or parenting with love and a firm “because I said so” — your girl is calling out the real: being labeled the a**hole might just mean you’re finally taking care of yourself. Phoenix spills on how being direct isn’t being rude, it’s being real. From shady text messages to toddler negotiations to co-worker time warpers, this episode is full of that energy. Think less people-pleasing, more peace-keeping (by any grown-ass means necessary).
