21-year-old Christian Andreacchio's dream was to be the youngest tugboat captain, with great work ethics and a personality that was larger than life, he was well on his way. But on February 26, 2014, Christian disembarked the boat just a few days into his 30 day stint, to go home and deal with problems between him and his girlfriend, Whitley Goodman. 19 year old Kristin Smart, a freshmen at California Polytechnic State University was last seen in the early morning hours of May 25, 1996 when she attended an off campus party during Memorial Day weekend. Even with the many mistakes the Cal Poly campus police made, authorities from the Arroyo Grande Police Department eventually focused in on the last person to see Kristin, Paul Flores. His bizarre behavior and the many holes in his story still wasn't enough for a conviction.
