20 SEP 2024 · When we talk about meditation, very often we say things like "awareness" or "consciousness" and we can very easily brush past what any of those things mean or feel like. This meditation hopes to help the meditator become more familiar with our true self, the part of us deep down inside that is just witnessing and observing our thoughts and feelings through out our day through active listening.

How do we push past those complicated emotions because it is hard to go through life without becoming attached to the things we care about most? Breath, my friend. It is through the breath. If we are not careful, we can easily get swept away by those things, all while struggling to rise above them. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can remind ourselves not to dwell on those unproductive thoughts, feelings, and emotions to raise our vibrations with things like gratitude, joy, abundance. One breath at a time.

It's easy to feel uprooted. This meditation hopes to help ground while repeated the mantra "I AM" to remind us that we are real. We are here and we are now. One breath at a time.

2 SEP 2024 · Each day is so full of putting fires out and dealing with problems that arise that it is very hard to remember to take some time to relax and clear our minds so we can go through the rest of the day with some balance, perspective, and clarity. Meditation can help us with one of the most important things we could do for ourselves, remember to take a rest between two deep breaths. One breath at a time.

30 AUG 2024 · Every single day, every single moment, our minds are spinning. We may not notice it all the time because we're busy being distracted by the every day chaos of life. But as soon as we sit down to meditate, to find some quiet stillness, there it is; our mind buzzing with thoughts. This may make us feel like we cannot meditate but the trick is to begin to find the space between the thought. It's called the gap and it, like our thoughts, is always there as well. Meditation can help us to recognize this gap and slip into it and over time we can learn to expand this gap. One breath at a time.

Childhood trauma, embarassments, failures, disappointments all take up so much space that we leave little room for the successes, gratitude, hope, possibility. This meditation hopes to help the meditator remember that life is a process of letting go. One breath at a time.
23 AUG 2024 · Amid the chaos of our every day life, we go through struggles and suffering. Many times the flames of our suffering is being fanned by our ego that is constantly churning and working in the background at all times. Everything we have gone through in our previous life. Childhood traumas, ups and downs, failures, successes, they all add up. Our ego is constantly calculating. This meditation hopes help the meditator put some distance between you and your ego to gain some persepctive and some peace back into your day. One breath at a time.
