25 OCT 2022 · Hamachane Hamamlachti, headed by Benny Guntz and Gidon Saar, is promoting itself as the only party that can bridge between the pro Bibi and the anti Bibi camps. In this episode, we interview Teddy Fischer, a US-born engineer and an activist for the party. Teddy shares with us what made him shift from Yesh Atid to this party, what does he learn from these five rounds of elections, how it happened that the Israeli voters are getting closer to the right, and why he sees the event which brought Guntz the most criticism from his voters, as one in which he did us a favor and ‘took one for the team.’

18 OCT 2022 · Alma Ehrlich is the head of the Avoda student group at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. As a 22 years old activist, this will be her fifth election voting. Almah shares with us what keeps her in Israel when her friends are moving to Berlin. She analyzes how the lack of economic security changed Israeli society at its core, and she tells why she believe that even though Avoda currently has only 7 seats in the Knesset, it can still find its way to lead the Israeli government once more.

Then, he discovered that the party that represents him the best as an Israeli is Avigdor Liberman’s party, Israel Beytenu. She shares with us how making Aliyah changed her perception of Israel and the conflict, what Israel can learn from the evolution of the French electoral system, and why, even though many Israeli citizens vote for parties from the other edge of the political spectrum, if they have only read what Meretz actually promotes for Israeli society, she believes all of them would vote Meretz.

In this episode, we recall what led to the fifth election in a row and discuss the possible changes the electoral system can undergo with Bar Gissin, the Director of Impact at the Citizens’ Empowerment Center in Israel (CECI). Bar and CECI are promoting an electoral system reform for Israel, tackling what they see as its main faults. The faults which brought us to this political mess.
