Bryan knows firsthand the struggles that come with living in chronic pain, as he was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 23 .For over 20 years, Bryan suffered from intense daily pain that made it, at times, difficult to walk, sleep, and take care of his basic needs. He tried everything from traditional medications to alternative therapies in search of relief, but nothing seemed to work. Through his own personal experience and professional training, Bryan has developed a holistic approach to chronic pain management that combines TRE® and TCSTM with other somatic tools and practices. He has helped many individuals find relief from chronic pain, improve their physical and emotional well-being, and increase their overall quality of life.
