5 OCT 2026 · Season 2, Episode 12: Outgrew or Grown Into?
Every one of us came into adulthood with a set of rules that felt like law. Things we swore we would never do. Lines we said we would never cross. And then life happened.
Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, and Taz are back at the table. This episode, they're getting into something that makes people uncomfortable: the rules you made for yourself that you don't live by anymore. Are you outgrowing them? Or are you just getting comfortable with things you used to know were wrong? Because there's a difference. And not everybody wants to admit which one is actually happening.
Rico opens with a question that immediately divides the panel: name a relationship rule you completely reversed on. What changed? Luis comes in with his answer and the room has thoughts. Kash gets honest about the moment she stopped giving men the benefit of the doubt, and what it cost her before she finally got there. And Taz? Taz's answer is short, and it lands harder than anything else said at the table.
Then, Kash drops a story about an ex that ends with him on the news. The panel cannot believe what they're hearing, but somehow it all connects back to the same lesson: when people tell you who they are, believe them the first time.
Plus, the panel plays a game that has everyone taking shots and nobody walking away with their dignity fully intact. You have to see it!
Growth is supposed to be uncomfortable. If it isn't—check which one you're actually doing. We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary.

29 SEP 2026 · Season 2, Episode 11: "Are We Dropping the Ball on Appreciation in Relationships?"
The panel opened with a simple question: when was the last time you told someone you appreciate them? Somehow, it ended up somewhere nobody saw coming. 🗣️💔
Rah Ali, Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, and Taz are back at the table. This episode, they're digging into something that sounds simple until you actually sit with it: do we actively show appreciation in our relationships, or do we just assume the other person already knows? Because assuming is never the same as showing—and the panel has very different opinions on what appreciation actually looks like in practice.
Taz kicks things off with an appreciation story that has the whole table losing it before the first commercial break. Rico wants to know the dollar amount, Luis says it was long overdue, and Kash is stuck between being scandalized and impressed! 😂
From there, the conversation dives into love languages, how people receive appreciation differently, and why what feels like "enough" to you might feel like absolute bare minimum to your partner.
And then Rico tells a story: his homies, a high-stakes rock-paper-scissors tournament, Trojan condoms, and a dinner tab that did not get settled the way anyone planned. The moral of the night? Always bring your own money. Period.
Show appreciation before someone else steps in and shows them how. We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary

29 SEP 2026 · Season 2, Episode 10 "Thanks for the Advice"
Everybody on social media is an expert. But who should you actually be listening to? 🗣️📉
Rah Ali, Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, and Taz are back at the table, and this episode they are getting into something the internet has made impossible to avoid: unsolicited advice, unqualified experts, and the courses, content, and gurus that are everywhere you look. Who is actually qualified to give you life-altering information? And more importantly, why aren't people doing their own due diligence before they hand over their time, their money, and their trust?
Luis comes in immediately for the credit repair gurus and the LLC builders, breaking down exactly why some of what they're selling doesn't hold up under real financial scrutiny. Rico pulls back the curtain on how the system actually works and where the real workarounds are hidden. Kash makes the case that advice is never neutral—it always comes from someone's experience, their biases, and their agenda. And the panel fully agrees on one thing: if you took bad advice and acted on it without vetting it first, that's on you.
Then, a caller writes in with a situation that takes the whole conversation somewhere deeply personal: her "work mom" of ten years doesn't approve of her fiancé. The panel is heavily divided on whether she should listen, whether she needs to cut off the information flow, and whether the real problem is the advice itself or the fact that she's been sharing way too much at work. 🚩
Information is everywhere. Discernment is rare. Before you take advice from anyone, ask yourself if you'd trade lives with them.

16 SEP 2026 · Season 2, Episode 9 "No Blueprint to Parenting" Every generation thinks they're doing it better than the last.
And every generation has something they completely got wrong. Rah Ali, Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, and Taz are back at the table.
This episode, they're getting into the conversation every parent has at 2 AM but nobody wants to say at the school pickup line: are we actually doing this right?
Luis gets honest first—he started too young, and the opportunities he couldn't give his kids early on still sit with him today.
Kash talks about the hypervigilance that comes with motherhood that nobody warned her about, the part of your brain that turns on the moment you give birth and never fully turns off. Rico cuts straight to it: inflation.
Raising two kids in 2026 is the financial equivalent of raising four in 2006, and daycare alone is rent. Taz brings the perspective of doing something for the first time while knowing that getting it wrong affects somebody else's entire life.
Then the conversation goes deeper—co-parenting, discipline, who you choose to have children with, and the legacy you're building whether you're thinking about it or not.
The first relationship your child learns is the one they have with you, and that becomes their classroom for every relationship that follows. Nobody handed any of them a manual.
And they are all still figuring it out in real time. Be very mindful of who you procreate with. You are making a lifelong decision.
We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary. We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary.

27 AUG 2026 · Season 2, Episode 7: How Do You Define Fun at Different Ages?
At some point, the club stops feeling like a release and starts feeling like a chore. Especially when you need acid reflux medication just to get through the night. 💊 Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, Taz, and the full panel are back at the table. This episode, they're getting into something that sounds lighthearted but actually hits a lot differently the older you get: how do you define fun?
And does that definition have an expiration date? Please visit our website for more https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUM4Zm9rVGlmVkgxTkczZzRkeDdsUXFTV2xaSHxBR3JiS2FtTjF6T0lSVmdoMEJHYUpHa1hodFdQREdVQkszYVZIbGJrRlVrejJnZ1NTRXRIZ3AwLTRMNUZVRkRxTlZxYnY4V2ZqdUFSY0Y3Y2taQng5Y2ZfaVFWWFNOdjFkem45&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onsiteglobalmedia.us%2F&v=vlRB__SPIic Rico says there's absolutely an age limit to the club, and he has the numbers to prove it. Luis says it's less about age and more about what you're looking for.
Kash flips the whole conversation: the real question isn't whether you're too old for it, it's whether doing it is funding your growth or funding your regression. And if you come home relieved that the night is over? That's your answer. 🗣️ Then, a caller drops a situation the panel could not stop talking about: she has two friend groups—one that still goes out hard and one that has fully settled into lounge mode. She doesn't know which version of herself is the real one anymore.
The panel goes deep. Somewhere between the club age debate, the bottle section conversation, and what fun actually looks like in your 30s and 40s, the answer isn't what you think. Stop living to work. Start working to live.
And figure out what actually makes you feel good while you're at it. We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary.

24 AUG 2026 · Nobody wants to admit it. But after years with the same person the desire shifts. Is that normal? Is it a problem?
Or is it just what long term actually looks like? Kash, Luis, Rico, Taz and the full panel are back at the table and this episode they are going somewhere most people don't want to go what really happens to intimacy in a long term relationship.
Does desire naturally decline over time? If you find yourself curious about something different, does that make you a bad partner or just an honest human being?
Kash comes in with a perspective and breaks down the difference between sexual chemistry and sexual alignment and why alignment is actually what keeps couples together long after the chemistry fades. Rico says boredom is real and the same moves after ten years is a conversation worth having. Taz gets honest about what she actually values in a relationship versus what the world tells her she should. And Luis?
Luis draws the line between looking, liking, and acting and says longevity depends on which side of that line you stay on. Then a caller drops a situation that stops the whole panel. Nine years in, and her man has gone from every day to once a month.
Nobody fully agrees on what's causing it. Everybody has an opinion on what she should do next. Sex can get boring without connection.
The question is do you even want the longevity?

24 AUG 2026 · The narrative that women can’t keep friends, that we’re catty, competitive, and disloyal?
We’re flipping all of it today. Rah Ali, Luis, Kash the Sexologist, Rico, and Taz are at the table and this episode they’re getting into one of the most layered conversations the panel has had all season female friendships. Who benefits from women believing they can’t trust each other?
What does it actually take to build a friendship between women that lasts?
And is it really that women lose friends or that they outgrow them? Rico comes in immediately with zero female friends and zero apologies about it.
The women at the table are not letting that slide. Kash breaks down the tiers of friendship and why not every friend is meant for every room. Rah gets real about the friends you love but can’t bring everywhere and why that’s not a betrayal, it’s just knowing your people.
And Taz brings the perspective that stops the whole conversation sometimes the friendship doesn’t end, it just changes shape. And we have to get comfortable with that.
Then a caller drops a situation that hits different her best friend of 12 years has gone cold and won’t say why. The panel is divided on what to do next.
Women don’t lose friends. They outgrow them. And that’s not something to apologize for.

24 AUG 2026 · Season 2, Episode 4: "Bonnets & Durags Outside: Yes or No"
It sounds like a small conversation. It is not a small conversation.
Rah Ali, Luis, Kash the Sexologist, Taz, and the full panel are back at the table, and this episode starts a debate that had everybody in their feelings before the first commercial break. Bonnets and durags outside—where do we draw the line? Is it a style choice, a cultural norm, a comfort thing, or has it become an excuse to stop caring about how we show up in public?
Please visit our website for more https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUM4Zm9rUzktalU5OGxKcm44WXRqRnJjeDh1SHxBR3JiS2FuNkgzS3dSUzBlVTJ0TDl4S3hhUlhPX3FsSEY3dHpKVkJFTDBFU0FRU2xYUjR3SU54TlAyZ2dxeGRxMFkxRFVVcldURnB4cDdsTGRHYmRXZFNFcUE3a3REX2NIOHA0&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onsiteglobalmedia.us%2F&v=v4Pm2T_qYOU
Luis comes in immediately with his position and he is not backing down. He wears his durag on the way to the function, takes it off when he gets there, and sees nothing wrong with that. The panel is not fully convinced. Kash draws the line at bonnets specifically and makes the case for the silk scarf instead.
She breaks it all the way down: it's not really about the bonnet or the durag, it's about perception, image, and the version of yourself you're putting out into the world. Rah Ali even admits to being a bit of a hypocrite, confessing she loves a comfortable mumu and bonnet but will still pass judgment on others who step outside in them!
Then the conversation takes a sharp left turn into men getting their nails painted, proper hookah posture, and whether any of it is a dealbreaker in a relationship. It goes exactly where you think it's going to go and somehow goes further. There's a time and a place for everything.
The question is do you know the difference?
We're not letting anybody off the hook. On the contrary.

24 AUG 2026 · Season 2, Episode 3: Why is it so hard for men to tell the truth? Lies have ended more relationships than cheating ever has. And nobody on this panel is pretending otherwise. 🛑
Kash the Sexologist, Luis, Rico, and Taz are back at the table, and this episode they are going all the way in on the one conversation most people avoid: why is it so hard for men to just tell the truth? Is it avoidance? Is it conditioning? Or have some women actually created an environment where lying feels safer than honesty?
Please visit our website for more https://www.youtube.com/redirect?event=video_description&redir_token=QUM4Zm9rVHp4OE9hTTUyYnl0NWxSZnpVMUxhRHxBR3JiS2FtX1ZZMjlvN2tCZVpOb2o4MGRSY3lxRk1KOVZpSHB3bVZ1cjczZ2prQ3ZWUWxWSHBxazJZVnQyYVZUZ3BuUGYzalBGSlMtNjF6U19CbjktampVUXY2OEVfTnV5UWJy&q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.onsiteglobalmedia.us%2F&v=8rG6VhvS0Pw Rico comes in immediately with a take that divides the whole room: some women need to be lied to in order to function in a relationship. Kash is not letting that slide, Luis is somewhere in the middle trying to reason his way through it, and Taz brings a personal story that stops the entire conversation cold.
Then the panel goes somewhere nobody expected. What happens when the lie isn’t about a relationship, but about identity? When a child grows up not knowing who their real father is? The table gets real, it gets personal, and it gets heavy. And the question underneath all of it is the same one it’s always been: who does the lie actually protect? Because when you actively lie to someone, you are robbing them of the time it would take them to heal. Rip the Band-Aid off. The truth will set you free.
