    6 FEB 2024 · There is no loss like the loss of your pet. "Somewhere Over the Rainbow Bridge" is a meditation to help with your grief and aid in your healing. If you feel ready to imagine the other side of the rainbow bridge, where you may reunite with your pet and revisit your timeless connection, find a safe place to listen. Use this meditation to shower yourself with all the love you shared with your pet and honor all that you shared. I recently said to goodbye to my 13.5 year old chihuahua, Jack. The script for this meditation was written months ago as he slept in his bag by my feet as we traveled on an Amtrak train along the Hudson River. Occasionally anticipatory grief would take me out of the present moment, as if I was I trying to prepare for the inevitable loss one day. Now he is no longer here, I went back and added to this meditation, recognizing the things that were left out. If anything is missing for you, please feel free to customize the meditation and change any details you need to. Sending a warm hug to anyone going through this.
