New York State Of Health Announced a Special Open Enrollment Period for Obamacare due to COVID-19. MetroPlus Health Plan is offering telephonic Enrollment for New Enrollments and Renewals until further notice for New Yorkers who need health insurance coverage. New York State of Health is now offering Alternative Methods for Consumers to submit Documentation to support their health insurance application on the NYS of Health Portal via the “Mobile Upload App.” There are also options to assist consumers that are Aged, Blind or Disabled.
