Mari Sandvær Kreken and Tor Egil Kreken are known to the world at large as Darling West, a Spellemannprisen award winning folk music duo from Oslo Norway. They have striking musical talent, writing soaring love songs of bittersweet power and heart tugging Lyrics. Their music is an amazing twist on Americana and Bluegrass.

An intensely personal and private couple, I was elated to be able to collect their thoughts on life and music for this special edition of my show....and that's because.... well... we're friends in real life.

Every week, Mari and Tor share bits and pieces of their lives on their website and youtube channels, writing new songs and inviting special guests to share their love of melody and poetry.
