He: וואו! יעל יושבת בקפה יפה בתל אביב ומזמינה קפה חם ועוגייה טובה. הכסא בו היא יושבת מפנק אותה והשמש מאירה את החלון מאחוריה. היא סוף סוף מקבלת יום נחמד! אך פתאום, יעל מביטה בכוס שלה ונותרת לה מופתעת - היא שמה קצת מלח במקום סוכר! "אוי וי!" קוראת יעל ומדברת בקול גבוה. המלצר רץ מאחורי המסך כדי לראות מה הבעיה. מה היא תעשה? יעל לא מאמינה שזה קורה. היא מתחילה לקרוא ספר חדש שקנתה אתמול ומנסה להתרכז בו. אבל המלצר לא משכח מהמצב ומציע לה קפה חדש, מבלי לחייך או להתנצל. יעל מתעקשת לשלם גם על הקפה החדש ומצאתי לך בעיה. אחרי שהמלצר יוצא החוצה, יעל מתחילה להביט בחלון ולהרגיש ריקנות. היא מרגישה בטוחה שזה לא קשור לה ושהמלצר טעה. אבל עדיין, היא מרגישה קצת כעסון וכזה קטן יכול להפר את כל הנחת היום הטוב שלה. היא קוראת כמה עמודים נוספים מהספר כשעל דעתה פתאום מצץ תפוחים קטנים של תוכן למי המלצר היה שייך. המלצר ההוא כבר הבין את הלקוח שלו. בעזרת יחס חיובי שהוא ניסה להתפתח, הוא מצא את יעל ושאל אותה אם היא רוצה להחליף את הקפה שלה לטעם שלה. יעל חייכה ואמרה כן ביום הבא והמלצר הרגיש טוב יותר. יעל לא אמרה לאף אחד את מה שקרה, אבל היא הכריחה את עצמה לא לחזור למקום הזה שוב. בסופו של דבר היא מבינה כי זה לא היה מה שקרה שם אלא היחס לא מספק של המלצר לבעיה שלה. לכן, היא מבשרת לעצמה שבפעם הבאה היא תאמן עצמה ללכת למסעדות משוכללות יותר כדי לקבל שירות מספק יותר.
En: Wow! Yael is sitting in a beautiful cafe in Tel Aviv and orders a hot coffee and a good cookie. The chair she sits in pampers her and the sun illuminates the window behind her. She finally gets a nice day! But suddenly, Yael looks at her glass and is surprised - she put some salt instead of sugar! "Oh wee!" Yael calls out and speaks in a high voice. The waiter ran behind the screen to see what the problem was. what will she do Yael can't believe this is happening. She starts reading a new book she bought yesterday and tries to concentrate on it. But the waiter does not forget the situation and offers her a new coffee, without smiling or apologizing. Yael insists on paying for the new coffee as well and I found a problem for you. After the waiter goes out, Yael starts looking at the window and feels empty. She feels sure that it has nothing to do with her and that the waiter was wrong. But still, she feels a little bit like a bitch and something like that can ruin her whole mood of a good day. She is reading a few more pages from the book when her mind suddenly pops up little apples of content to whom the waiter belonged. That waiter already understood his customer. With the help of a positive attitude that he tried to develop, he found Yael and asked her if she wanted to change her coffee to her taste. Yael smiled and said yes the next day and the waiter felt better. Yael did not tell anyone what happened, but she forced herself not to return to this place again. In the end, she realizes that it wasn't what happened there, but the waiter's unsatisfactory attitude to her problem. Therefore, she tells herself that next time she will train herself to go to more sophisticated restaurants to get more satisfactory service.
