Story Transcript:

Ja: 東京の一角、人々が絶えず行き交うメインストリートに、ある女性が一人立っていました。
En: In a corner of Tokyo, a woman stood alone on the bustling main street where people were constantly coming and going.

Ja: その女性の名前はユキ、新しくこの大都市に越してきたばかりのあどけなさが残る若者でした。
En: The woman's name was Yuki, a young person who had just moved to this big city, still retaining a sense of innocence.

Ja: その日も、ユキは忙しく動き回る街角で、ひとつの自動販売機に目を止めました。
En: On that day, Yuki was busy moving around the busy street corner when her eyes caught a vending machine.

Ja: ユキはその自動販売機を見つめ、「おじさん、こんにちは」と声をかけました。
En: Yuki gazed at the vending machine and said, "Hello, sir."

Ja: ユキはその機械が人間だと思い込んでしまっていたのです。
En: Yuki had mistakenly thought that the machine was a human.

Ja: 自動販売機がレスポンスを返さなかったため、ユキは深くお辞儀をして、「おじさん、大変失礼しました」と謝りました。

En: Afterwards, Yuki was able to understand the vending machine and gradually adapt to her new city life.

Ja: しかし、その場にいた人々は、ユキの純真さに心を打たれ、誰もが彼女を心の中で応援するようになりました。
En: However, the people around her were touched by Yuki's innocence and everyone began to support her silently in their hearts.
