What does it truly mean to live a life worthy of the gospel alongside other believers?

In this powerful message from the Side By Side sermon series, we explore how Christian community is meant to do far more than just bring us comfort or friendship. Looking at Paul's letter to the Philippians written from a Roman prison cell, we discover that our shared belonging, love, and forgiveness are designed to form us for a greater purpose. Paul reminds us that our primary citizenship is in heaven, calling the church to stand firm in one spirit and strive together for the faith of the gospel. True discipleship goes beyond attending a service or joining a small group. It is about intentionally placing ourselves where Jesus can form us so we can effectively reach a world in need of hope.

As you reflect on this message, consider how God might be calling you to move beyond passive faith and actively partner with others to embody Christ's love in your everyday life.
