In our previous episode of Controlled Environment, we presented a propaganda animation short called Planned Opolis from 2011 which told the tale of a couple who lived in a floating city under a soft authoritarian state where diet, energy consumption and interaction were all controlled. A precursor to the 15 Minute City. We then discussed Elon Musk’s new terms of service requiring credit card and identification in order to enjoy all features on the X platform and his “Freedom of Speech, Not Freedom of Reach '' policy. The trend however is that Elon acts as a hero and a representative while people cheer as he takes up their cause while they just observe.

In Part Two of Controlled Environment, Kelly discusses the trend of self censorship she observes in her patients, a new trend. We also discuss the prevalent free floating anxiety that is being exploited by other representatives of the World Economic Forum and Climate Change activists. They are pushing for us to accept the surveillance that will be required in the 15 Minute City. In order to function in these new Green Utopias, you need to give up more than your credit card.
