Welcome to the inaugural episode of Moved to Heal!

What’s in this episode?
In this week's movement episode, I'm inviting you to notice whether you feel anything in your arms and legs while or after moving them. I'll mention this often during the episode in case you want to observe and forget.

Moves on offer
From seated:
- lifting and lowering the arms (vertical)
- opening and closing the arms (horizontal)
- fold forward

From hands and knees:
- reach one leg straight behind you and draw it back in
- child's form (sitting back on the heels, folded forward)

Focus on offer
I invite you to notice whether there is feeling or sensation in your limbs (arms, wrists, hands; legs, ankles, feet).

Integration suggestion
After listening to the episode, perhaps take a moment to check in: did you notice something that you want to remember? If yes, maybe jot it down in a notebook or record a voice memo to help you remember.

You can give it a try when you're ready!

Be moving, be true, be you
