Af: In die hart van die bosveld, waar die son warm op die rug brand en die diere wild en vry rondbeweeg, was daar 'n opwinding in die lug.
En: In the heart of the bushveld, where the sun beats warmly on the back and the animals move around wild and free, there was an excitement in the air.
Af: Jan en Pieter, twee jong vriende, het besluit om 'n dag van avontuur in die Krugerwildtuin te geniet.
En: Jan and Pieter, two young friends, decided to enjoy a day of adventure in the Kruger National Park.
Af: Saam met hulle was Liese, Pieter se suster, wat altyd 'n glimlag op haar gesig gehad het en gereed was vir 'n avontuur.
En: Along with them was Liese, Pieter's sister, who always had a smile on her face and was ready for an adventure.

En: Jan shook his fist and said, "Don't just stand there, Pieter!
Af: Ons kan hom kry!
En: We can catch him!"
Af: " Maar Pieter het bevrees begin kyk, want 'n aap vang in die wildtuin was nie iets waarvoor hy voorbereid was nie.
En: But Pieter began to look fearful, as catching a monkey in the wildlife park was not something he was prepared for.
