The debate over nullification goes back to the time of Thomas Jefferson who said it was a legitimate remedy to an overreaching and totalitarian federal government. This legal tool is perfect for the Fascist federal politicians who are using a hijacked government to affect their ideological agenda. It is time for governors who exist as true public servants to employ nullification in addressing unconstitutional federal government overreach.
