Michael Roy is very passionate about what he does to stay in shape. Being a husband, father, son and teacher Michael does a lot of activities and tries his best to be a positive influence to others around him. This includes us talking about the obesity problem our province has. Michael mentions a report/recommendation by the Nb medical society, "the top 3 in 10" We get into this fascinating report for a while. We also chat about small changes in lifestyle and how they make huge differences over the long run. Michael also discusses how texting and driving is one of the most reckless things you can do. We talk about a very important law, Ellen's Law, and how important it is to get the word out so everyone knows about this. Michael is a tremendous source of information and is trying to get us all to let our voices be heard about unacceptable behaviour while some people are driving.
