Have you ever found yourself asking the question, "how did I get here"? If so, it is usually at a time when you have realized that you are not in the place you wanted to be. A time when something has happened that caused you to truly stop and reflect on your path and your destination. If we are honest, many times when we are not okay with "where we are" it is because we ignored our intuition or our GUT that was telling you to NOT do something yet, you "leaned into logic" to prove to yourself that it was the right decision. We do this a lot when we allow ourselves to get attached to the outcome and allow sacrifice just to get what we want!" If you find yourself somewhere that is differnt than you want, take a listen and learn.
