We welcome Nick laundry back to our podcast this evening. Nick had just completed his first 88Km Ultra trail run at Capes 100. An amazing achievement and we ask him to describe his adventure for us. So many runs have been deferred to this year and Capes was one of those runs. Also deferred to this year were the Fredericton marathon and Keji's backyard Ultra. A great deal of training, running and Km for Nick this year. Nick does a great job telling his story and we can't wait to have Nick on again, because we know what he is planning on doing next. Great job Nick, way to kick butt.
