In this episode, Darko sits down with Dan — an electrical engineer and trader who grew up in Brazil, moved to Australia, and is currently working in Japan. Dan started trading in early 2025 with a dream to travel more and gain financial independence.

After spending big money on another service and feeling trapped in indicators and complexity, he found our podcast and was drawn to the idea of trading clean price action with small risk.

Dan talks openly about swing trading, the psychological challenges, and why discipline matters more than most people think. He shares how martial arts shaped his mindset, why trading is an odds game, and why having a coach and mentor can shorten the learning curve.

His closing advice? Don’t chase the payday — get your psychology right first, understand risk, and focus on the journey.
