People are confusing personal journeys of well-being with spiritual journeys. If Jesus isn't a part of the journey and isn't the focus, then it's NOT a spiritual journey. It's simply a personal journey of wellness. A spiritual journey involves a spiritual connection with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, which it in itself will give you a new way of thinking, feeling, and acting. Stop confusing your personal journey of wellness in your body and mind with a spiritual journey, because if the focus isn't Jesus, then the focus is on yourself, which isn't a spiritual journey.
