It’s easy to go about our everyday life and not spend the proper amount of time truly REFLECTING. So, in today’s episode, we’re going to talk about just that.

Then, I’m going to remind you about the importance of challenging times. Challenging times are exactly that–challenging. But, there’s always something to learn. And at the moment, it might seem impossible that any good can come from a situation, but shifting your perspective and learning to pivot can propel you forward instead of staying in the same place.
