In today’s episode, I have a well-known Toronto personal training coach Alena Luciani join me to talk allll about her work/life balance! Alena comes forward in today’s episode OPEN and HONEST about the fact that her work/life balance is currently sitting at a 1.5/5… and she’s okay with it!
