Long term success and happiness in your life will come down to your outlook toward stress and your ability to turn it into fuel for growth.

One of the most important tools for making this change is to build an anti-fragile mindset. Being anti-fragile, robust, resilient, mentally tough is just a skill and all skills can be built and developed through practice.

Once we can build this mindset, we can then choose how we respond to the stress in our lives and choose to always find the positive in every negative.

Like most things, it just takes practice.
