This is the second of a two-part series focused on helping those in college understand the role working memory plays in studying and why it's more challenging to be a college student with ADHD in today's society than in the past. The series also offers examples of solutions that help you problem-solve. In this episode, ADHD coach Jeff Copper (www.digcoaching.com) continues his interview with Christina Robinson (www.addactioncoach.com) in this two-part series. If you liked the first interview, you'll love the second. If you haven't heard the first one, please listen to this and tune into the first one from last week. You’ll get lots of insights and begin to understand why some solutions work and why they don't.
