Have I told you lately that you deserve rest? Your mindset program was designed to value busyness. All that busyness eventually drains your energy, so you must embrace emotional stillness. It’s time to create a conservation plan to preserve the physical body, mind, and spirit.

The strategy to achieve this starts with managing your energy. Think about energy like its currency and consider the following on your conservation checklist:
Trade in the Yeses for a NO. Use no is as a practice to protect your boundaries
Set up a social media timer. Manage the time you are giving away.
Unplug the energy vampires. Who are the human energy drainers you need to reduce contact?
