Why do you pursue change? Perhaps you aren't happy with what you have now? Or are you tired of settling for the more of the same? The good news is change presents you with a choice to choose your life. Every day, we change without even thinking about it. The human body replaces approximately 330 billion cells daily. That is equivalent to a new you. The cells in the body understand the need for constant change, so cells die, and new ones are replaced.

Today, be intentional about what you must let go of to achieve the desired change. In other words, what needs to die, so your change can emerge? Is it procrastination, complacency, self-imposed limitations, or...? It’s time to adopt a “what-if” mentality? And find new ways to transform your thinking, go beyond the seen, and align with your potential for greatness.
