Alexei Navalny is the most effective opposition that Vladimir Putin has ever had. He’s been posting videos online documenting alleged Kremlin corruption with millions of viewers, he’s been arrested 13 times for organising anti-Putin protests and then he was poisoned with Novichok.
Is this a coincidence? It’s hard to see how it could be.
