I would always tip sonic workers based on the skills of their skating. If you looked like a beginner....no tip. If you were a seasoned vet...you get a tip. You gotta be a savage on those skates. lol.

I recall eating at a restaurant where the waiters changed shifts during our dining. Needless to say, the service was terrible.

My advice on pre-arranged tips. Avoid those restaurants. To bougie for my taste. I'm fine with two-star restaurants. lol

Nike gave LeBron James a gratuity before he played a game in the league. I don't do that. LeBron would have had to show me he's worth a percentage first. So I don't do percentages.
