Roughly 1.3 billion people are affected by visual impairment and approximately 80% of blindness is curable. This powerful statistic gripped the founders of Physicians Thrive and compelled them to not only dedicate resources towards helping the blind see, but led them to develop a mobile app that pairs fitness tracking with financial donations to fund vision correction on a global scale. This week, Angie and Andrew connect with Justin Nabity and Reid Lancaster of Physicians Thrive to discuss this motivation, the growth they have experienced and how this trajectory shift has reinvented the way they approach business.
