And if you're not careful, you can find your life account in overdraft. It can leave you with a negative balance on plans, goals, and your purpose. That's why making regular deposits in the "bank of You" and regular self-maintenance in your life account is paramount. Face it, as you go through your day, you often don't allow yourself to process the thoughts and emotions that need reconciling. This week we explore how to get your check-in account in balance so you can become more of Your Enriched Self.
